Shipping and Returns
All orders placed online are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be processed the next business day. Most orders are shipped within two business days of processing, with the exception of pre-season order and backorder items.

Returns & Exchanges
All accessories, jewelry, home accessories, quilts, gift cards, electronic certificates and discounted and/or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or credited.
For all other items, returns and exchanges can be processed within 14 days of the shipping date. Returned items must adhere to the following:
- Items must not be worn, altered or used in any manner
- All item tags must be intact
- Items must be returned in the original Buttons and Bows packaging they were shipped in
- Items being returned from international shipments must be accompanied by their corresponding customs documents
- All returned items must be accompanied by an invoice or packing slip from the original order
Items purchased online must be returned via mail. We cannot accept returns or refunds in store for items purchased online. Return shipping is non-refundable. Please allow up to 21 days from the return shipment date for refunds to appear on your card statement.
If your online purchased items are defective and not to your satisfaction, you may return them within 14 days of their shipment date via mail to:
